About The Role

Main Responsibilities

 

Talent Management

 

  • Support the implementation of Talent Management and Development frameworks across South & Southeast Asia, ensuring consistent adoption and execution of regional and global initiatives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate key talent processes including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Talent Assessments, and Development Planning activities.
  • Monitor country compliance and execution quality of talent and performance management processes and proactively follow up on gaps and action plans.
  • Partner with Country HR teams to ensure talent initiatives are effectively localized and embedded within business practices.

 

Leadership Development

 

  • Support the deployment of leadership development initiatives and learning programs across the region.
  • Coordinate regional leadership development activities, workshops, assessments, and follow-up development actions.
  • Manage and coordinate Graduate Trainee and Early Career programs across the region, including selection, development activities, stakeholder engagement and progress monitoring.
  • Track program outcomes and provide recommendations to enhance talent pipeline development, retention and readiness.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure effective identification and development of future talent.

  • Learning & LMS Governance

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the regional Learning & Development strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and workforce capability needs.
  • Coordinate and manage regional learning programs, leadership development initiatives, workshops and other capability-building interventions.
  • Partner with Country HR teams and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and support the development of annual learning plans.
  • Work with internal and external learning providers to ensure effective design, delivery and evaluation of learning solutions.
  • Monitor learning effectiveness through participation, completion, feedback and business impact measures, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the planning, tracking and governance of regional learning and development budgets.
  • Monitor learning expenditure against budget and provide regular reporting and analysis to support decision-making together with Country HR teams.
  • Support governance and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) across the regio, and monitor learning data quality

  • Employee Experience & Engagement
  •  
  • Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of employee experience projects, work on improvement actions based on engagement survey data.
  • Support onboarding experience improvement and employee integration initiatives across the region. Monitor onboarding effectiveness and partner with Country HR teams to improve new hire engagement, experience and early productivity.

Experience

 

  • Approximately 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Performance Management or related Talent practices.
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country HR initiatives is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience coordinating talent reviews, succession planning, performance management or leadership development programs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience preparing reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership audiences.

  • Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a regional, matrixed environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong execution discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Workday, LMS or other HR systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
