About The Role
This is a pivotal leadership role within the Compliance & Regulation team, responsible for ensuring we remain compliant with the evolving UK electricity and gas regulatory landscape. Leading a team of subject matter experts, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation of industry and regulatory change, working collaboratively across the business to embed new requirements into business-as-usual operations while minimising regulatory risk and ensuring continued compliance.
Acting as our key regulatory representative, you will build strong relationships with regulators, code administrators and industry bodies, managing audits, consultations and contractual obligations on the company's behalf. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly collaborative and commercially aware regulatory professional to influence strategic change, shape compliance practices, and play a critical role in supporting continued success in a dynamic and fast-changing energy market.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Experience in the energy/utility sector;
- Experience working on large-scale market wide industry change programs (e.g., Faster Switching, TCR, P272);
- Experience in regulatory/compliance implementation/support or business analysis;
- Holistic vision and end-to-end process awareness;
- Excellent and proven stakeholder management skills capable of communicating with Senior Management.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
