About The Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to join our Supply chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Material movements, goods receipts and PGI to regional team for revenue and closure which is essential for the company's operations. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and finance team to ensure that activities align with company objectives, audit, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Material Operations

  • Manage end-to-end material activities by performing Goods Receipts and PGI
  • Cross verifies the logistics documents prior receiving qty’s in PO.
  • Ensure timely receipt and check on overdue PO cases weekly twice with Buyers.
  • Monitor open PO cases and chase Buyers to share documents for soonest closer.
  • Should understand and identify plant locations by region, improving visibility into global stock movements.

Material Management

  • Coordinate with global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure proper material movement in SAP.
  • Find root cause for delivery delays, shortages of qty’s in receipts if occurs.
  • Ensure receipts are made according to documentation to support internal audit team.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Collaborate with logistics teams to track shipments and ensure timely material movement / receipt captured in SAP for further stock consumption.
  • Monitor logistics operations and resolve shipment-related issues, escalating only when needed during month-end closure activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Finance (Audit), and Logistics teams.
  • Support procurement process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational procurement standards and policies.
  • And save all receipted documents in share point for management visibility on audit.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

  • 4–7 years of experience in Supply Chain operations (Logistics & Material Movements)
  • Strong experience in logistics movement and Materials management.
  • Hands-on SAP experience in PO verification and related transaction codes.
  • Exposure on handling stocks with inventory team for month end closures.
  • Experience working in high-pressure / high-stakes operational environments.
  • Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP and procurement tools.
  • Knowledge of supply planning and inventory management concepts.
  • Exposure to process improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Procurement or Supply Chain are an added advantage.
