Retail Operation Intern - Ha Noi

• Downloading and consolidating tenants’ documents (fit-out registration, drawings, minutes, handover records, etc) from Pure portal.
• Classifying and storing them on Keppel’s sharepoint system.
• Compiling and organizing tenants’ legal documents during operations phase, ensuring proper classification and storage. Supporting other administrative and paperwork tasks as required by the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Age from 20-25 years old
• Vietnamese university students/new graduated young adult with good English.
