What You'll Do

• Perform repairs on both domestic and import vehicles.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and complete repairs safely.
• Test-drive vehicles to ensure quality repairs.
• Track time and document all work performed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and return vehicles clean.
• Complete required training and maintain certifications.
• Stay current on technical updates and manufacturer information.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support customer satisfaction.
• Report any safety, ethical, or operational concerns to management.

What You'll Bring

• 2–5 years of automotive technician experience
• Virginia State Inspector license (strongly preferred; bonus eligible)
• Dealership or Private Repair Experience
• B and C Technician levels highly preferred!
• Experience repairing all makes and models
• ASE Certifications, a plus
• Great work ethic
• Team player Desire to grow your career with the best in the business
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
• A great attitude!

Total Rewards Guide

The flat rate range for this position is $23.00 to $35.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.
