Senior Director - Logistics

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Director – Logistics to join a leading organization in a corporate leadership role, supporting one of the Kingdom's most prestigious confidential mega developments through a long-term secondment.

We are seeking a highly accomplished logistics professional with a proven track record of developing and executing logistics strategies for large-scale construction programs across the GCC.

Requirements

Key Requirements

• ✅ 20+ years of experience in construction logistics, supply chain, and site logistics management
• ✅ Extensive experience delivering mega and giga projects in the GCC, with significant experience in Saudi Arabia
• ✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline)
• ✅ Strong background leading logistics planning, heavy transportation, materials management, site access, and stakeholder coordination for complex developments
• ✅ Experience working with developers, PMC/consultancy, or major contractors on large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use developments
• ✅ Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage with executive stakeholders
