About The Role

iKnowHow Group is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2026 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.

We are now looking for a Digital Transformation Engineer to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

Responsibilities

Maintain automation and reporting tasks (PowerShell, MS Graph, Power Platform, Active Directory, Entra ID).
Support and administer Microsoft Cloud services (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Fabric, Foundry, Azure).
Participate in cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Microsoft certifications – at least one of AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, PL-400, GH-100, GH-200.
Good understanding of networking, security, storage, and backup technologies.
At least 2 years of experience in relevant roles.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.

Nice to have

Experience with Windows and Linux containerization and virtualization.
Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Grafana, Dynatrace.
Experience working with IT ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) for incident and change management processes.
