Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and collaborative Instructional Designer to develop high-impact training content and communications. In this role, you will simplify complex product information into engaging, easy-to-understand learning materials—including PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, infographics, playbooks, and interactive training videos. You will also facilitate enablement sessions, webinars, and Workday training to equip Sales Associates and Partners with the knowledge they need to succeed.

A key focus of this role will be supporting our transition to a Platform Business by creating change-focused learning assets. As an individual contributor, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with the Global Platform Business (GPB) team and international partners to identify the most effective training methods for both internal and external audiences. Beyond content creation, you may also deliver training sessions directly.

This position reports to the Senior Manager of GPB Training & Communications and works closely with Change Management Leads (locally and globally) as well as cross-functional teams in technology and business operations.

Major Responsibility: Content Strategy & Development

Supporting Actions

  • •Build training and communication plans and strategies.
  • •Develop and maintain training and communication collaterals (slide decks, infographics, one-pager value proposition, FAQs, battle cards, videos, e-learning).
  • •Translate messaging from the Product, Business, and Change Management teams into audience-specific assets for Associates, Partners, and Customers.
  • •Create template standards that ensure visual and narrative consistency across regions and languages.

Major Responsibility: Collaboration & Governance

  • •Act as the point of contact for collateral requests and messaging approvals.
  • •Facilitate content reviews with Product and Business to keep materials current.

Major Responsibility: Process Improvement Support and Recommendation

  • Provides process improvement recommendations on how we can streamline the way we do things based on observed opportunities.
  • Provides recommendations in evaluating customer’s business impacting issues for immediate resolution.
  • Consults with team members/stakeholders to make sure trainings and evaluations are specific, relatable, and updated
  • Communicates feedback and observation to management that may improve process and development.

Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement

  • o 3+ years creating training, communications, GTM collateral, and enablement materials in the digital and e-commerce market.
  • o Proven ability to turn technical information into audience-appropriate narratives and visuals.
  • o Strong instructional‑design skills: adult‑learning principles, LMS publishing, webinar production.
  • o Exceptional written and verbal communication; native‑quality English grammar and storytelling.
  • o Proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote, Adobe or Canva, Articulate, Vyond, Synthesia (or equivalent video software), and collaborative tools (SharePoint, Miro, etc.).
  • o Data-driven mindset—comfortable measuring content effectiveness and iterating fast.
  • o Able to work across time zones and cultures; flexible schedule to support global launches.
  • o Work closely with country sales and services leaders to tailor and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • o English language proficiency required.
  • o Excellent leadership, communication (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
  • o Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • o With experience in SOP and web-based training
  • o With experience in storyboarding and storyline assessment is required
  • o Demonstrated ability managing learning content with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • o Demonstrated ability utilizing high quality visual design principles within creation of learning content
  • o Demonstrated ability to effectively balance creative design techniques with a high attention to detail
  • o Must be willing to work on Graveyard shift and 10x a month RTO setup
