What You'll Do

• Support the AR Lead in driving end-to-end accounting operations, process standardization, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze AR D2C process performance, identify trends, gaps, and variabilities, and propose solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional stakeholders who influence AR performance metrics.
• Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement control strategies to prevent them from resurfacing.
• Review and update AR D2C standards, and develop work instructions and training materials for current and incoming team members.
• Monitor attendance and manage outsourced requirements to support daily AR operations.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are an undergraduate college student completing your Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
• You can report onsite for at least twice a week.
• You can commit for at least 6 months to the role.
• You are intuitive and analytical with data.
• You drive concrete actions and complete them on time.
• You are keen in solving problems and can get creative with them.
• You proactively collaborate with our stakeholders and peers.
• You are diligent in mapping/writing processes.
• You are eager to learn and grow
